Lead QA Engineer at Silo AI

David Prescott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David currently holds the position of Lead QA Engineer at Silo AI, a role they started in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Finning as a Product Owner from October 2020 to June 2022.

Before their time at Finning, David was employed at Finning Digital as a Senior Test Analyst from October 2017 to October 2020. In this role, they performed User Acceptance Testing on their E-Commerce site and various corporate websites. Prior to Atimi Software, David was a QA Analyst (Contract) at TELUS from June 2005 to November 2005, assigned to a team testing integration of AMDOCS Enabler. David developed acceptance test cases and implemented a common library of scripts. David also worked at ActiveState as a Software Test Engineer from February 2005 to June 2005, where they performed acceptance testing and implemented test automation.

Furthermore, David worked as a Test Engineer at Comptel from October 2002 to June 2004, leading testing activities for the Comptel Eventlink product. David wrote test plans, designed test cases, and provided scheduling and resource estimates. David started their career at Nokia as a Testing Specialist from October 2001 to September 2002, focusing on diagnosing performance problems and designing test cases.

Overall, David Prescott has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in QA engineering, product ownership, test analysis, and project management throughout their career in various industries.

David Prescott attended Queen's University from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Geophysics.
