Markus Hartikainen, PhD

Markus Hartikainen, PhD, has a background in mathematics and computer science, with a Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Jyväskylä. Markus has been involved in the field of artificial intelligence for over a decade, starting as a doctoral student and later working as a postdoctoral researcher. Markus has co-founded an AI consultation company called Finnopt, where Markus served as a Partner. Currently, at Silo AI, Markus holds the position of Head of Operations in the Enterprise AI Business Unit, where Markus focuses on optimization and AI projects. Additionally, Markus is leading AI Scientist and Site Lead at Silo AI Jyväskylä, contributing to the company's growth and expertise in the field.
