Roope Suomalainen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Roope is currently working at Silo AI as a Business Development professional, where they help businesses explore the potential of artificial intelligence. Prior to that, they co-founded Eventz International, a company that focuses on transforming the way people enjoy their free time.

Roope also has experience working at Fujitsu Finland as a Business Development Executive, and at MAXICASTER as an Advisor in Business and Concept Creation. Roope has helped companies leverage the power of video and digital business to engage and monetize their offerings.

Before that, Roope worked at Ixonos in various roles, including Experience Eagle, Head of Media, and Director of Media Experience. Roope has helped global media organizations conceptualize, design, and launch new digital businesses. Roope was also involved in transforming the consulting business into a product-based business.

In addition, Roope has worked as a Client Solution Executive and Sales Manager at Ixonos Plc. Prior to their corporate roles, they had their own company where they worked as a professional sailor.

Roope Suomalainen has a diverse education history. From 1989 to 1992, they attended Kotkan Lyseo, where they pursued studies in an unspecified field without obtaining a degree. Later, from 1992 to 2005, Roope studied at both Helsinki University of Technology and Tampere University of Technology, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering. Their studies focused on telecommunications management, business strategy, and computer networks. Finally, in 2011 and 2012, Roope enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Imperial College London, specializing in innovation and design.
