Michael Gluckman CISSP

Michael Gluckman CISSP has a strong background in information technology and security, with over 20 years of experience. Michael is currently working at SiloSmashers as an Information Systems Security Officer, where they are responsible for providing cyber security oversight and ensuring the security posture of the organization. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at Arch Technology, LLC as the Director of Service Delivery, where they developed and led programs providing professional and managed services to clients.

From 2016 to 2019, Michael worked at New York Community Bank (NYCB) as the Vice President of Network Engineering. In this role, they led the engineering, delivery, and operation of enterprise voice, data, and video networks. Michael also executed a major network refresh and delivered cost-saving and service improvement initiatives.

Before that, from 2015 to 2016, they served as the Interim CIO for Gracious Home at Marcum Technology LLC. Michael also worked at Capital One for a significant portion of their career, where they held several roles including Director of Retail Bank Delivery, Director of Collaboration and Productivity Technologies, Director of Network Delivery/Integration, and Vice President of Network Services. During their tenure at Capital One, they led various initiatives such as deploying public wireless hotspots and tablets, integrating and standardizing video endpoints, and heading network integrations for acquisitions.

Prior to their time at Capital One, Michael worked at Radianz Inc as the Vice President/Department Head of Technology & Property Services, where they built a global service organization and infrastructure. Michael also worked at Instinet Corporation as the Vice President of Technical Services, managing diverse technology groups for the securities broker-dealer.

Throughout their career, Michael Gluckman has consistently demonstrated their expertise in information security, network engineering, and service delivery.

Michael Gluckman CISSP earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management & Communications from Adelphi University. Michael also holds additional certifications as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in February 2021 and CISSP certification from (ISC)² obtained in January 2016.
