Tanesha Roy

Tanesha Roy has worked for several companies in various recruitment and talent acquisition roles. Tanesha started their career at CIBT in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2019, they joined United Airlines as a Recruiter for Field Operations until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Tanesha worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Quadrant, Inc. Tanesha then moved on to GitHub as a Talent Partner from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working at SiloSmashers, Inc. as a Recruitment Specialist, starting in 2022.

Tanesha Roy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2015 to 2020.
