Hillary Miller

Hillary Miller has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an Operations Supervisor at The Law Offices of Thomas W. Rutledge. In 2016, they became a Center Administrator at Castroville Early Childhood Christian Center for a contract position. Later in the same year, they joined Federal IT Consulting (FEDITC) as a Recruitment Administrator, later becoming a Lead Recruiter and then a Recruiting Supervisor. In 2019, they joined Kadence Collective as a Salesforce Technical Recruiter/HR Specialist, and eventually became the Head of Human Resources. Currently, they are working at Silotech Group, Inc as a Human Resources Generalist, and has been promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager.

Hillary Miller attended Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2013.
