Aashima Dhankhar

Aashima Dhankhar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they started their career as an intern at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Aashima then joined Deloitte as a Business Technology Analyst in 2014. After their role at Deloitte, they worked as a Teaching Fellow at Teach For India from 2015 to 2017. Following that, Aashima served as the General Manager at Dev Auto Group from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they had a summer internship at Fortive. Aashima then joined Fortive's General Management Development Program (GMDP) in 2020, where they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Industrial Scientific. In this role, they were responsible for managing the software and customer experience components of the iNet Exchange program. Currently, Aashima is working as a Senior Product Manager at SILQ, starting from 2022.

Aashima Dhankhar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between the years 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Aashima has obtained several certifications including "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in September 2021, and various certifications from Pragmatic Institute such as "Launch," "PMC Level III," "PMC Level IV," "Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer," "Price," "Foundations," "Market," "PMC Level I," and "PMC Level II" in 2020.
