Isabel Dastvan is a horticulture technician at Silvec Biologics, specializing in maintaining optimal growth conditions for various crop species and implementing an Integrated Pest Management plan. Previous experience includes serving as a Climate Corps Sustainability Fellow at Strategic Energy Innovations, where research on invasive species management at UMBC was conducted. As an Organic Solutions Representative for Compost Crew, Isabel contributed to sales and community engagement in zero waste solutions.
