Kostas Speridakos

Kostas Speridakos is the Founder and Principal Engineer at Building 33 Aviation, LLC, since August 2016, specializing in aviation technologies, Air Traffic Control, and the integration of UAS and UAM into the National Airspace System. Additionally, Kostas serves as a First Officer at Silver Airways, beginning in February 2023, piloting the ATR-42/72 aircraft. Previous experience includes working as an Aerospace Engineer at NASA, where leadership in developing modifications to the FAA’s Time Based Flow Management software was demonstrated, and at Volpe, the National Transportation Systems Center, contributing to the certification of a GPS-based aircraft tracking system. Previous entrepreneurial efforts include founding Gear For Doers, a motivational apparel brand focused on sustainability. Kostas holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned in 2009.
