Aleksandra Kovacevic

Aleksandra Kovacevic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aleksandra started their career as an Account Manager at Silver Bell Group in November 2016 and later became a Senior Account Manager. Aleksandra then worked as a Shift Manager before transitioning into the role of an HR Business Partner, where they played a crucial role in recruitment and providing daily HR guidance. Aleksandra also worked as a Junior Project Manager, where they monitored and supported employees' growth and development. Aleksandra later joined JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Market Researcher, where they collected and analyzed data to interpret market trends and client requirements. Eventually, they returned to Silver Bell Group and served as a Partner and Project Manager, overseeing IT projects and implementing business development strategies.

Aleksandra Kovacevic attended the University of Belgrade from 2012 onwards, specializing in Turkish Language and Literature. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in Managing Project Risks and Changes, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera, and a Certificate of Completion in Managing Projects from Obuke i Kursevi, all in the year 2020.
