Ilija Mandic

Ilija Mandic has a diverse work experience. Ilija started their career in 2016 with the Silver Bell Group, where they held multiple roles. Ilija began as a Sales Manager in April 2016 and eventually became the Head of Project Management and Partner in October 2021. In January 2023, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Alongside their roles at the Silver Bell Group, Ilija also founded Finman Consulting in September 2016.

Ilija Mandic attended the University of Belgrade from 2009 to 2013, studying business and managerial economics. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, they attended Università Bocconi and had a focus on business administration and management.
