Jovana Dautović

Jovana Dautović's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a Team Leader at Koncepti za život, where they handled financial analysis, project management, recruitment, training, and team management. In 2016, they worked as a Translator at Fenix Human Resources and then as an English and Greek Professor at Sfera centar. From 2016 onwards, Jovana worked at Silver Bell Group in various roles, including Sales Shift Manager, Sales Department Manager, Head of Project Operations, Sales Project Manager, and currently as Global Head of Sales. In their roles at Silver Bell Group, they managed international clients and projects, set and met sales targets and KPIs, managed risk and logistics, oversaw internal finances and employee performance, and was involved in HR and operations management.

Jovana Dautović holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Greek Studies from the University of Belgrade- Faculty of Philology. Jovana has also obtained various certificates such as a C2 level Certificate for the Modern Greek language, a DELF B1 certification for French-language skills, and multiple project management certificates, including managing project risks and changes, budgeting and scheduling projects, and initiating and planning projects.
