Jill Stott

Jill Stott is an experienced executive in the long-term care sector, currently serving as Executive Director at Silver Birch Living since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Administrator at Hickory Creek At Sunset from June 2015 to February 2021 and served as Regional Director at Magnolia Health Systems from September 2013 to June 2015, as well as Administrator/Preceptor at Magnolia Health from September 2012 to June 2015. Jill's career in management began in February 1988 at Clinton Gardens, where Jill worked as Administrator until August 2012. Throughout this diverse experience, Jill has demonstrated expertise in overseeing financial operations, managing staff of over 100 individuals, fostering business partnerships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards following the successful implementation of new nursing facilities. Educationally, Jill earned a Bachelor of Science in Long Term Care from Indiana State University, graduating in 1986.
