Kyle Lisabeth

Vice President of Horticulture at Silver Bullet Water Treatment

Kyle Lisabeth has over ten years of experience in the water treatment and management industry. In 2014, they were appointed Vice President of Horticulture at Silver Bullet Water Treatment Company, LLC, where they were responsible for division strategy, resource needs and budget, and managed profit & loss statements to achieve EBITDA and margin goals. Kyle was also the Director of Business Development, Horticulture, where they evaluated water treatment and management needs of various industry segments and developed commercially viable solutions. In 2019, they became a Policy Advisor at Resource Innovation Institute, where they were a member of a working group developing water-related research data for guidance and policy reform. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Ecologix Environmental Systems as Program Director, responsible for design development and mobilization of a $10M mobile frac water treatment system. Kyle also worked at RF Wastewater as Project Manager, researching trials focused on the potential of refined natural lignocellulosic material to aid in activated-sludge municipal wastewater treatment systems. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Project Manager at Terraqua Peru, supervising the construction and commissioning of a 0.5 MGD municipal wastewater treatment and reuse facility. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Field Researcher at Agriquatics America, applying regionally adapted water treatment solutions to municipalities and private industry throughout Peru, Mexico and the United States. Kyle also worked as a Field Researcher at Biotechnology Research & Development, LLC., conducting research trials focused on refined natural lignocellulosic material to aid in municipal activated sludge treatment applications. Their first role in the industry was Construction Lead at Moss Design Build in 2006.

Kyle Lisabeth attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Environmental Science.
