Lauren Ansell

Lauren Ansell is an experienced professional in human resources and consultancy, currently serving as the Head of Practice and SI Partnerships Manager at Silver Cloud since April 2017. Lauren has also held positions as Delivery Manager and HRIS Consultant at Silver Cloud, where the focus is on digitizing HR processes for mid-sized businesses across various industries. Prior to this, Lauren worked as an HR Project Coordinator at Burberry and as an HR Business Systems Specialist at First Data Corporation, supporting major HR software implementations in multiple regions. Lauren began the career as an HR Intern and has experience assisting in university internship programs. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with Social Psychology from the University of Essex, obtained in 2012.
