Today, Silver Hills is a thriving family-owned, family-run, three-brand business, manufacturing and marketing Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery, Little Northern Bakehouse, and One Degree Organic Foods (separately owned by Stan, Kathy, and family) as well as operating a retail store and bakery, Sprouted Oven.

**Position:** Baker’s Assistant                                                                        **Reports to:** Culinary Manager, GM

We are looking for a **Baker’s Assistant** to join our team at our retail outlet, Sprouted Oven, at 1828 McCallum Rd! Our Baker’s Assistant will be working closely with the Lead Baker and bakery team to support our product efforts. This includes baking, testing new and existing products or ingredients, and preparing product for each day.

 

**Opportunities**

In this role, you will have the chance to apply your problem-solving skills and showcase your knowledge of baking and food principles! You may work odd hours on occasion, including early morning shifts, to accommodate our customer and operational needs. There will be opportunities to grow your skills, learn our unique processes, and with time, develop into a subject matter expert!
