Currently serving as Executive Chef at Silver Hotel Group since January 2023, Pete has previously held positions such as Executive Sous Chef and Food Service Manager at Chartwell Retirement Residences. With a strong background in catering, restaurant management, and food production, Pete's career includes impactful roles at Pinetree Catering, Sodexo, Airline Hotels, Tony & Adam's, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. A graduate of Confederation College with a degree in Culinary Management, Pete is recognized for mentoring culinary teams and managing complex food service operations.
