Catharina Mesquita began their work experience in 2012 as an Auxiliar de escritório at EMC Contabilidade, where they worked until 2015. Catharina then joined Infoway Tecnologia e Gestão em Saúde as a Desenvolvedor de software from 2015 to 2018, and later became the Coordenador de projetos until 2019. In 2020, they joined Vindi as an Engenheiro de software pleno, and later advanced to the role of Desenvolvedor de software sênior before becoming a Tech Lead in 2021. Catharina worked at Vindi until 2023. Currently, Catharina is working as a Desenvolvedor de software at Pier Seguradora.
Catharina Mesquita completed their undergraduate degree in Analysis and Software Development from Estácio University, starting in 2019 and graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued another undergraduate degree in System Development from IFPI - Instituto Federal do Piauí, from 2014 to 2019.
