Jaíne Silva

Jaíne Silva has a diverse work experience. Jaíne started their career at Sabesp as a Jovem Aprendiz, where they classified and archived documents and assisted in creating spreadsheets and reports. Jaíne then worked as a Jovem Aprendiz at São Paulo Turismo S.A., where they were responsible for telephone and correspondence management. Jaíne later gained experience as an Estagiária at U-Shin, where they handled product quality and assembly line performance. Jaíne also interned at Sanofi, where they focused on industrial maintenance. After that, Jaíne worked at Creditas as a Consultor Comercial Jr., providing sales consultancy and closing deals with clients seeking loans. Jaíne then joined Ogilvy Brasil as an FP&A Analyst, where they analyzed financial statements, monitored financial performance, and tracked expenses and revenue. Currently, Jaíne works at Pier Seguradora as an FP&A Analyst.

Jaíne Silva completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finanças e Controladoria from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Engenharia de Produção from the Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Jaíne obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Fundamentos de Gestão Ágil, Introdução à Ciência de Dados: Conceitos Básicos, Fundamentos do Seis Sigma, Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements, Princípios Básicos para Novos Gerentes, Como Vencer a Procrastinação, Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics, and Técnicas de Comunicação Interpessoal, all obtained in 2021.
