Michelline da Pier

Michelline da Pier has a diverse work experience in various companies. Michelline started their career as a Supervisor of Operations at Grupo Contax from August 2008 to February 2012. Following that, they worked at McDonald's as an Administrative Assistant from June 2013 to May 2014, where they had responsibilities such as accounts receivable and payable, employee hiring and termination, and invoice processing.

In 2014, Michelline joined Porto Seguro as a Technical Specialist, where they handled technical support for Auto Claims from insured parties, third parties, brokers, workshops, and branches of Itaú, Azul, and Porto Seguro. Michelline also assisted in the implementation of new platforms and supported supervisors in managing customer inquiries and organizing events.

In 2019, they transitioned to Kovi as a Claim Analyst, where they worked until February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing claims.

Currently, Michelline is a Pier - Claim Analyst at Pier Seguradora, starting in February 2022.

Michelline da Pier pursued their education in a chronological manner. Michelline first attended ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Técnico degree in Contabilidade (Accounting). Later, they went on to study at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2017 to 2019, obtaining a Graduação degree in Marketing.
