Raquel O. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Raquel started their career as an Operational Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix in 2017, providing technical support for technology products. Raquel later took on the role of Subject Matter Expert, where they developed training materials and collaborated with management to monitor and improve customer service quality. In 2020, they briefly served as Acting Team Leader and Acting Administrative Assistant, taking on additional responsibilities in auditing payroll and ensuring operational compliance.
