Jennifer Romano

Jennifer Romano, SHRM-CP, serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon of Hope Hospice, a position held since 2019, after progressing from Vice President of Human Resources (2017-2019). With extensive experience in HR operations, Jennifer oversees strategic planning, policy development, and compliance for a team of 12, supporting 150 employees. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Beacon of Hope, corporate Senior Human Resources Generalist at Integrity Aerospace Group, and various HR roles at Letica Corporation, Skipper Bud's, Snelling Personnel Services, and Coram Healthcare. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in German and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
