Samantha Bibbs is a food technologist at Silver Spring Foods, Inc., with a diverse background in food safety, environmental health, and research and development. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Health Safety Coordinator at Symrise AG, a Food Safety Consultant at We R Food Safety!™, and a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Minnesota Valley Testing Labs. Samantha began their career as a Research and Development Intern at Zumbro River Brand, Inc., and gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Rockstar On Campus. An internship at Funghi Espresso involved replicating mycelium for environmental sustainability. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin Stout, obtained in 2020.
