Radha Kathare

Radha Kathare has a strong background in recruiting and employee services. Radha most recently worked as a Senior US Recruiter at SilverXis, Inc. starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of US Recruiter at Advansoft International, Inc. from February 2019 to March 2022. Before entering the recruiting field, Radha worked as an Associate in Employee Shared Services at Genpact from March 2018 to January 2019.

Radha Kathare has a diverse education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources (HR) from Osmania University, obtained between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in B.sc from Shantiniketan Womens College, which they completed between 2003 and 2007.
