Sam Shafer

Sam Shafer has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Silverado Resort and Spa. Previously, Sam held the position of Banquet Chef at Kimpton Sawyer Hotel from September 2017 to October 2020 and worked as Executive Sous Chef at The Cliff House from August 2014 to September 2017. Educationally, Sam completed General Education at Greenville High School.
