Kelley Horn-Sweeney

Kelley Horn-Sweeney has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Regional Operations and Clinical Support at Silverado since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kelley held various positions at Silverado from August 2017 to June 2021, including Regional DPCS/Administrator Specialist and Patient Care Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Admissions Manager at Apreva Hospice from February 2015 to July 2016, Director of Patient Care Services/Administrator at Sonata Hospice from June 2013 to January 2015, and Director of Patient Care Services at Brightstar of Encinitas/N.
