Leanna Rohini Fernandez

Leanna Fernandez is an experienced professional in the wildlife filmmaking industry, currently serving as a Logger/Location Production Assistant at Silverback Films, contributing to the BBC One series, Hamza's Hidden Wild Isles, by adding essential metadata to footage. Previously, as a Logger/Junior Researcher at Studio Silverback, Leanna supported the Open Planet project aimed at promoting conservation education through accessible footage. Additional roles include Customer Activity Assistant at Go Ape, Social Media Assistant for Earth Upgraded, and various positions in customer service and hospitality. Leanna holds an MA in Wildlife Filmmaking from the University of the West of England and a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Aberdeen.
