Pete Tidmarsh

Pete Tidmarsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Silverback Gym Wear Ltd since October 2016, Pete has been instrumental in the company's IT enablement and overall business oversight. Previously, as a Project Manager at Sopra Steria, Pete managed significant IT projects for The Phoenix Group, focusing on technical implementations and intranet services. Pete’s decade-long tenure at West Midlands Police included roles as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed mobile platform implementation and the management of personnel and welfare issues for over 100 staff members. Additionally, Pete operated as an independent IT consultant specializing in MS Excel and VBA, developing automated systems to enhance operational efficiency. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
