Ian Gracey has a robust background in business development and innovation within the maritime sector. Currently serving as a Workboat Passionato at Silverback Marine since January 2018, Ian focuses on enhancing workboat experiences for the commercial maritime market. Prior to this role, Ian founded Workboat Passionato and worked at Glasshape between September 2012 and September 2015, where responsibilities included promoting client awareness and driving lead generation for yacht glass in North America and Europe. Ian also contributed to the design, engineering, and marketing of marine plumbing systems at Torrid Marine, LLC from January 2008 to January 2012.
