Stephanie Cruz has over 5 years of experience in paid media and digital marketing. In 2017, they began their career as a Sales Associate at Everything But Water. In 2018, they became a Marketing Intern at Suntex Marinas, where they were introduced to the basics of paid search and social strategy. In 2019, they joined BuzzShift as a Paid Media Intern, where they assisted Paid Media Managers in ad creation and campaign builds on FB/IG and wrote paid search ad copy for branded and non-branded Google search campaigns. In 2020, they were promoted to Paid Media Manager, where they executed a FB/IG campaign and audience restructure for a DTC superfoods brand and assisted in increasing site CVR by 69% for a DTC jewelry brand. Stephanie also analyzed data within campaign UIs, Shopify and Google Analytics to discover opportunities within clients’ digital strategy and create actionable insights. In 2022, they joined Silverback Strategies as a Paid Media Manager.
Stephanie Cruz has a Bachelor of Science in General Business from Texas A&M University and attended Ursuline Academy of Dallas. Stephanie also holds two certifications, Section4 Certified Storytelling from Section4 obtained in August 2022 and LinkedIn Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn obtained in March 2022.
