Billy Chorey

Billy Chorey is currently a front end developer at Silverchair. Prior to their current position, they worked as a design assistant with RockTenn Company from January 2015 to July 2015. Before that, they were a sales associate with Running Etc. from June 2010 to June 2014. Billy also has experience in the real estate industry, having worked as an appraisal intern with Chorey and Associates Realty from September 2003 to December 2015.

Billy Chorey has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Virginia. Billy is currently enrolled in a full-time immersive program for UI/UX at The Iron Yard. Prior to enrolling at The Iron Yard, they attended Tidewater Community College and Nansemond Suffolk Academy. Billy has received certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) and from lynda.com in Insights from a Project Manager.

They are on a team with Craig Griffin - VP, Solutions Engineering, Patrick Jordan - Lead Build Business Analyst, and Christine Helm - Technical Lead. Billy Chorey reports to Stuart Leitch, COO and CTO.
