Hannah Farrell

Hannah Farrell has a diverse range of work experience. Hannah began their career as an ASD Tutor at Jonix Educational Services in 2019, where they provided individualized educational plans for children aged 3-6 years old. Hannah actively promoted communication and independence in a caring and safe environment.

In 2021, Hannah joined SilverCloud Health as an HSE Administrator, where they played a key role in implementing and managing the HSE pilot. Hannah ensured the highest standards of care and collaborated with multiple departments for efficient account management.

Later, Hannah transitioned into the role of Program Administrator at SilverCloud Health, overseeing clinical operations in the Republic of Ireland. Hannah worked closely with research, customer success, and marketing departments to achieve successful collaboration and results. Hannah managed a team of 17 and provided continuous training, support, and team building.

Currently, Hannah is serving as the Supervisor of Clinical Operations at SilverCloud Health, continuing their oversight of clinical operations throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Hannah Farrell has an extensive education history. Hannah attended Portmarnock Community School from 2009 to 2015, where they completed their secondary education. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the National College of Ireland from 2015 to 2019.

Following their undergraduate studies, Hannah enrolled in the South East Technological University from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a Master's degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (Clinical) with a focus on Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

In addition to their formal education, Hannah has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Hannah completed Mental Health First Aid Training through Dualism Training Ltd in February 2023. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults from High Speed Training. Hannah also completed the "Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers" certification through LinkedIn in January 2022.

Furthermore, they have certifications from The Encephalitis Society, including completing the core module on Encephalitis and its consequences, module 1 on providing support services and resources, module 2 on one-to-one support, and module 3 on building local support networks, all obtained in October 2019. Hannah also completed Tulsa Introduction to Children First certification through Tulsa in August 2019 and Safe Talk suicide alertness for everyone certification from Living Works in December 2015.
