Jacinta Jardine has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Jacinta is currently working at SilverCloud as a Senior User Researcher since December 2022, where they previously held the position of UX Researcher starting in October 2020. Before joining SilverCloud, they worked as an Innovation Associate at the same company from July 2018 to October 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Research Assistant at SilverCloud from July 2017 to July 2018.

In 2017, Jacinta briefly worked at Earth's Edge as an Operations Executive from January to June. Jacinta also has experience as an Art Workshop Facilitator at Focus Ireland from May to July 2016, and as a Children's Workshop Designer at the Irish Film Institute in June 2016.

In terms of their earlier roles, Jacinta was an Art Director at Bowsie Workshop Ltd for a short duration in September and October 2015. Jacinta also worked at the Student Counselling Services in Trinity College Dublin, first as a Communications Officer from July 2014 to April 2015, and later as a Community Development Officer from July to December 2014.

In 2013, they served as a Community Workshop Facilitator at Ballyfermot/Chapelizod Partnership. In 2012, they had an opportunity to work as a Costume Trainee on the BBC drama "Loving Miss Hatto" produced by Left Bank Pictures in association with Octagon Films. Additionally, they gained experience as a Costume Intern on the film "Stitches" produced by Dark Sky Films & Fantastic Films in November and December 2011.

Jacinta's earliest work experience dates back to 2009 when they worked as an artist at MART, participating in various exhibitions and events until 2012.

Jacinta Jardine's education history is as follows. From 2020 to 2024, they attended Trinity College Dublin where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Computer Interaction. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they completed a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Leadership & Innovation at University College Dublin. In 2018 to 2019, Jacinta obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Design Thinking from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Going further back, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Psychology at University College Dublin. Finally, from 2006 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Visual Arts Practice with a specialization in Video & Sculpture from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
