Martin Baker

Martin Baker has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on business development and sales. Martin is currently working as a Senior Business Development Manager at SilverCloud Health, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, Martin worked at Cigna UK HealthCare Benefits from May 2015 to February 2022, where they served as a Corporate Sales Consultant. Before joining Cigna, Martin held various positions at Aviva UK Health from January 2007 to May 2015. These roles included Field Sales Development Consultant from June 2012 to May 2015, SME Sales Development Team Leader from September 2011 to June 2012, and Healthcare Sales Consultant from January 2007 to September 2011.

Martin Baker has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Martin also attended Queen Elizabeth 6th Form from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Business Studies, Maths, and Physics. Martin furthered their education at Hummersknott Comprehensive School from 1993 to 1998, where they completed their GCSEs. In 2019, they attended Hartpury University and Hartpury College to obtain a RFU Level 2 Rugby Coach certification. In addition to these educational experiences, Martin received the England Rugby Referee Award from England Rugby in May 2023.
