Natalie B.

Natalie B. started their work experience in 2008 as a Senior Youth Worker at Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council. Natalie then moved on to become a Team Manager at Greater Manchester Youth Network (GMYN) in 2014. In 2019, Natalie became the North West Area Manager at Kooth plc, a position they held until February 2022. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at SilverCloud Health, starting in February 2022.

Natalie B. started their education at Fairfield High School For Girls between 1985 and 1990. Natalie then attended Oldham College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Diploma in Counselling. In 2007 and 2008, Natalie attended Lifelong Learning Oldham, where they earned a Level 3 NVQ in Youth Work. Natalie continued their education at Tameside College from 2015 to 2016, obtaining a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management. In 2016, Natalie enrolled at The Skills Company and completed a Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace. In 2017, they attended ACAS for a short period to gain Practical Skills for front line managers. In the same year, they also pursued a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring at Bolton at Home, which they completed in 2018. Finally, Natalie attended The University of Huddersfield from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Foundation Degree in Youth and Community Work.
