Falaniko Maosi

Falaniko Maosi currently serves as General Manager at The Management Trust since February 2023 and as Community Manager at Silvercreek Association Management since August 2022. Previously, Falaniko Maosi held the position of Community Manager at Bay Area Property Services from August 2020 to August 2022 and at Associa from October 2017 to August 2020. Falaniko’s earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Operations Manager at Kukui Plaza from June 2008 to January 2015, where responsibilities involved directing three departments, scheduling HVAC maintenance, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Falaniko also worked as Security 1 for the Hawaii State Department of Education in 2007, ensuring the safety of the Kailua Middle School campus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completed in 2004, and a diploma from Kailua High School obtained in 2001.
