Caroline Praet has extensive experience in various HR roles. Caroline is currently working as the Head of People Business at Silverfin, where they lead a team focused on People Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, and Office & Culture. Prior to this, they served as the People Business Manager Benelux at Silverfin, where they partnered with Benelux leaders to develop people goals and implemented the HR strategy across all HR areas.
