Steve Rode

Steve Rode has a strong background in the finance industry, with more than two decades of experience. Steve worked at HSBC from 2000 to 2009 as a Sr. Credit Analyst, where they conducted in-depth credit analysis. Since 2009, they have been employed at Silvergate Bank as a Senior Vice President- Mortgage Lending. In this role, they are responsible for monitoring mortgage companies' loan quality and financial performance, as well as performing on-site due diligence reviews for clients.

Steve Rode obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Penn State University, which they completed between 1990 and 1994.
