Janet Brinkman

Janet Brinkman, MSIO, brings a diverse background in education and human resources. Currently a Swim Instructor at Silverlake "The Family Place" since May 2023, Janet provides swim instruction for preschool-aged children. Prior experience includes serving as a Substitute Teacher at St. Timothy School from August 2021 to May 2023, focusing on preschool education. Janet spent 14 years at Fifth Third Bank as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Vice President, leading a team in recruitment strategies. Other roles include HR Generalist at Citi and Human Resources Consultant at Progressive Insurance. Janet's career began as an HR Generalist at Chiquita, managing various HR functions for a large customer service department. Janet holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
