Racman Dcunha

Racman Dcunha has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in cruise line operations, with a career spanning from 2002 to the present. At Silversea Cruises, Racman has held the position of Maitre D' Hotel since May 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Maitre D' at Cruise & Maritime Voyages, Waiter at Disney Cruise Line, and Headwaiter at both Azamara Club Cruises and P&O Cruises. Initial experience was gained as an F&B Assistant at The Resort, K Raheja Corp., complemented by training at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. Racman holds a Craft Food and Beverage Course degree from the Institute of Hotel Management, completed in 2003.
