Ricardo Alonzo

Ricardo Alonzo, MBA, currently serves as the Destination Management Hotel & Transfer Coordinator at Silversea Cruises since January 2025, having previously held the position of Sales Coach Supervisor from April 2019 to June 2024, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction and agent performance were achieved. Prior experience includes roles as Brand Manager at Brand Institute, Front Office Supervisor and Night Auditor at The Gates Hotel South Beach, and various positions in guest services and marketing across multiple organizations. Ricardo holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in psychology from Johnson & Wales University.
