Anupam Sharma

Anupam Sharma has diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Anupam is currently working as an Associate Vice President Human Resources at Silverskills Private Limited. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager - HR at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they played a key role in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures. Before that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Cognizant, where they led various HR projects and initiatives and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Anupam also worked as a Lead- Business Partner HR at Infosys, where they developed HR strategies and initiatives and improved team effectiveness. Anupam started their career as a Deputy Manager- HR at Reliance Communications, where they focused on organizational health and employee development. Anupam's early work experience includes roles as a Project Trainee at Landmark group-Spar(Max Hypermarkets Pvt. Ltd.) and a Graduate Engg. Trainee (GET) at Unibild Engg. & Const. Pvt. Ltd.

Anupam Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their primary and secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1991 to 2001. Anupam then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR from Alliance Business School, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Recently, in 2017-2018, Anupam attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, focusing on Strategic Human Resource Management.
