Daman Reet

Daman Reet has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as Manager of Training and Development at Silverskills Private Limited since May 2016, along with roles in operations. Daman has been with Arcis e services pvt ltd since September 2011 as Assistant Manager of Training and Quality. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Manager Training at Metlife India Insurance since January 2008, focusing on the development of training guides and content for customer service and compliance management. Daman began a career in training at Teleperformance India, serving as Assistant Manager of Training from July 2003 to January 2008, where responsibilities included conducting new hire and retraining programs. Educational qualifications include a Certified Learning and Development degree from Asian College of Teachers and an E-MBA in Finance from NIBM Institute, complemented by undergraduate studies at Delhi University and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
