Riccardo Sercia

Riccardo Sercia is an experienced project manager currently working at Silverstream Technologies since October 2022. Previously, Riccardo served as Ship Repair Manager at Palumbo Shipyards, overseeing dry docking operations and vessel repairs for various types of ships. In 2020, Riccardo participated in the YENESIS project, funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, aimed at enhancing youth employment opportunities. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Engineer at BPP-TECH, where Riccardo focused on product development, feasibility studies, and technical investigations. Riccardo's early career included an internship at FINCANTIERI S.p.A. in ship methods and technical assistance. Educationally, Riccardo holds a Master's degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova and a Master's in Energy Management from ALMA LABORIS Business School, along with an MSc in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
