Jeff Paine

Jeff Paine has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jeff began their career in 1996 as an Army Officer in Initial Entry Training. Throughout their military career, they held positions such as Operations Manager, Senior Manager, Leader Development Officer, Deputy Director, and Senior Director. Notably, as the Senior Director of Integration of Operations and Services, they led a large team and managed a budget of $167M. Jeff also worked as a Corporate Fellow with Hiring our Heroes at Jacobs. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Program Manager at Silverthread, Inc.

Jeff Paine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Jeff also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology and Leader Development from Columbia University. Additionally, they have a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University.
