Brandon Beach

Brandon Beach has over 20 years of experience in hotel operations and management. Brandon is currently serving as the Executive Director of Hotel Operations at Silverton Casino. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Hotel Operations at San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority. Brandon also worked as an Ops Manager at Amazon and as the Vice President of Hotel Operations at New York-New York Hotel & Casino. Earlier in their career, Brandon held various roles at Bellagio, including Executive Director of Hotel Operations and Director of Front Office Operations. Brandon also gained experience as a Senior Hotel Operations Manager at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and as a Conference Services Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Brandon began their career as a Night Manager at Mandarin Oriental and later served as a Guest Services Manager at Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas. Brandon also worked as a Registration Concierge Manager and Retail Manager at The Venetian.

Brandon Beach attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the same university.

In terms of additional certifications, Brandon obtained several from LinkedIn. In March 2019, they completed the "Building Creative Organizations" certification. In December 2018, they achieved the "Customer Service Strategy" certification. In March 2018, they obtained the "Breaking Out of a Rut" certification, followed by the "Body Language for Leaders" and "Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits" certifications in February 2018.
