Britani (Luckman) Healy

Britani (Luckman) Healy has extensive work experience in the advertising and media industry. Britani is currently the Head of Growth at Silvertree, a position they have held since September 2022.

Prior to joining Silvertree, Britani worked at 360i, where they held various roles from 2017 to 2022. Their most recent position at 360i was as a Global Senior Director, a role they held from March 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they were a Media Director from June 2019 to March 2021, an Associate Media Director from August 2018 to June 2019, and an Integrated Media Supervisor from February 2017 to August 2018.

Before working at 360i, Britani worked at Media Storm as a Digital Media Supervisor from December 2016 to February 2017, and as a Senior Digital Planner from November 2015 to December 2016.

Britani also gained experience as a Digital Media Planner at MediaCom from July 2014 to October 2015.

Britani's earliest work experience was as a Research Assistant for 'The Effects of Advertising in Video Games' at the President's Fund For Undergraduate Research from September 2012 to May 2013.

Britani (Luckman) Healy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising and Business from Penn State University from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also studied International/Global Studies at IES Barcelona. Additionally, in August 2017, Britani obtained the IAB Digital Media Buying & Planning Certification from IAB Learning.
