Maud Larreur de Farcy

Maud Larreur de Farcy has a diverse background in legal and compliance roles. Maud is currently working at Silvr since February 2023, where they hold the position of Head of Legal & Compliance. Prior to this, they worked at Silvr as the Head of Compliance from September 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Silvr, Maud worked at Access Capital Partners from November 2017 to September 2022, serving as the RCCI - Head of Risk & Compliance. Maud'sresponsibilities included managing internal procedures, ensuring compliance with codes of conduct, handling conflicts of interest, reporting to supervisory authorities, providing training on regulatory matters, updating risk management policies, and conducting due diligence on clients and investments. Before that, Maud worked as a Senior Consultant - Compliance AM at EY from May 2015 to October 2017. Maud also gained experience as a Chargée de contrôle interne et de conformité at Filassistance international from September 2014 to April 2015 and as a Contrôleur interne et assistante juridique at Swiss Life REIM (France) from November 2012 to August 2014. Maud started their career as an assistante juridique at cophotri from October 2011 to June 2012 and as a chargée d'étude juridique at CNAMTS from February 2011 to June 2011.

Maud Larreur de Farcy pursued their education in a structured manner, obtaining two degrees from Aix-Marseille University. Maud first completed their Master I degree in Droit des affaires from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master II degree in Santé Publique from 2010 to 2011, both at Aix-Marseille University. In 2018, Maud also obtained a certification from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France, namely the Certification AMF. These educational accomplishments, along with their certification, reflect their commitment to acquiring knowledge and expertise in various fields.
