Andrea Swift

Andrea Swift has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrea started their career as a Retail Sales Associate at The Hat Company in 1994, where they provided excellent customer service and managed financial transactions. Andrea then worked as a Surgery Scheduler/Accounts Receivable at the American Academy of Urology, Scott Baranoff, M.D. from 1994 to 1995. In 1998, they gained administrative experience as a Front Desk Associate at Gold's Gym, greeting and assisting members, guests, and staff.

From 2002 to 2008, Andrea worked as a Convention Salesperson at ALL U, Inc., promoting and selling convention services. Andrea simultaneously worked as an Office Assistant II/Law Enforcement Support Technician at the Detention Services Division/Inmate Programs of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), where they played a crucial role in coordinating inmate programs and interacting with visitors and law enforcement agencies. Andrea also created a Microsoft Access Database to streamline inmate tracking and reporting.

Andrea's career at LVMPD continued, as they served as a Law Enforcement Support Technician in various departments such as Southeast and Northeast Area Commands and the Detention Services Division/Office of the Chief from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they transcribed reports, conducted online research for investigations, and provided administrative support to the Vice Narcotics Bureau Captain.

In 2014, Andrea joined the LVMPD Metro WOW! Team as a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer, managing social media accounts and creating engaging graphics. Andrea also worked as an Independent Health & Fitness Coach for Beachbody from 2014 to 2017, helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.

From 2018 to 2022, Andrea worked as a Pro-Staff and Sales representative at WSI SPORTS, where they played a significant role in raising brand awareness, increasing sales, and producing marketing content using various photography and videography equipment. Their most recent role is as an Inside Sales Representative at Silvus Technologies, starting in 2022.

Additionally, Andrea volunteered at the Lake Mead National Recreation Area in 2021, contributing their time and skills to support the organization. Overall, Andrea has had a diverse and extensive work history, showcasing their versatility and adaptability across different industries and roles.

Andrea Swift's education history includes various courses and certifications. In 2019, they completed the Effective Communication and Human Relations course at Dale Carnegie Training. In 2002, they attended the College of Southern Nevada and studied Sociology 101. In 2001, they also attended the College of Southern Nevada and studied Psychology 101. In 1995, they studied Business Management 101 at the College of Southern Nevada. Andrea Swift completed their formal education at Las Vegas High School from 1989 to 1992.

Additionally, Andrea Swift has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association and the Alcohol Awareness Training. In 2020, they obtained the Paddle Sport Safety Certificate from Fresh Air Educators, Inc. In 2019, they completed the mini yogis® yoga for kids program at mini yogis® and the Effective Communications and Human Relations course at Dale Carnegie Training. In 2011, they obtained the Remote Pilot Part 107 License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
