Elise (Xiangxiang) Fang has a strong background in RF design engineering. Elise(Xiangxiang) started their career in 2012 as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University. Elise(Xiangxiang) then joined Cisco in 2012 as a Hardware Engineer II, where they gained experience in designing indoor and outdoor wireless access points. Elise(Xiangxiang) worked on dual-band Wi-Fi radio card design, including components such as Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, and Filters. In 2015, Elise moved to Marvell Semiconductor as a Sr. Systems Hardware Engineer, where they focused on designing and testing evaluation boards for post-silicon SoC validation. Elise(Xiangxiang) then returned to Cisco in 2017 as a Hardware Engineer IV, where they progressed to the role of Engineering Technical Leader. In this role, they led multiple Wi-Fi access point projects, including designing RF front-end architectures and conducting system analysis. Elise(Xiangxiang) was also responsible for writing technical documents and guiding JDMs in component selection and RF optimization. Elise's most recent experience is as a Sr. RF Design Engineer at Silvus Technologies, starting in 2023.
